StartWith provides the service described in these terms. Its address is Trade Centre Rd, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and its website is https://startwith.xyz. These terms set out the conditions for using StartWith; they do not replace mandatory rights that apply to a user.
StartWith is a cloud-based SaaS platform for founders and small teams to turn project hypotheses into coordinated marketing assets, landing pages, blog posts, social posts, images, email content, subscriber journeys, and campaigns. It includes AI-assisted generation, public publishing, analytics, collaboration, and an authenticated hosted MCP for ChatGPT and Codex.
Individuals must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. A person using StartWith for an organisation represents that they are authorised to bind that organisation. StartWith is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, remain responsible for activity under their account, comply with applicable law, and hold the rights needed for all content and data they submit.
Users must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or deceptive content; interfere with or bypass service security; access non-public systems without authority; reverse engineer the service except where the law permits; or use the service to build or enable a competing product or service.
Paid plans and generation credits, when purchased, are governed by the prices, renewal terms, taxes, and payment conditions shown at checkout or in the account. Mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and content.
The service processes uploaded data only under the following limited permission: A limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit user content only as needed to provide the service and the outputs requested by the user.
Personal data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.
StartWith and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, templates, workflows, designs, trademarks, and related technology.
The hosted MCP is available at https://app.startwith.xyz/api/mcp for use through ChatGPT and Codex. A user first completes browser sign-in and OAuth consent. The host stores a revocable credential; StartWith checks the user’s current workspace and project authority on every operation.
MCP can return authorised, bounded project context and targeted content or policy records. It can also prepare or make project-scoped changes, including drafts and publishing actions. Sensitive changes use exact versions, idempotency controls, and short-lived single-use action intents. Social provider actions require confirmation by the current user for the exact prepared request. Generating a compliance document uses one credit and does not publish it through MCP; compliance publication and OpenAI submission are separate actions.
StartWith stores project content, versions, usage records, and bounded action or diagnostic receipts needed to provide, secure, and audit the service. MCP diagnostics exclude raw OAuth credentials and document bodies. OAuth expiry, revocation, or disconnecting the server in ChatGPT or Codex ends MCP access. Disconnecting does not itself delete StartWith project data. Account, project, and personal-data deletion requests may be sent to privacy@startwith.xyz and are subject to verified authority and lawful retention exceptions.
Users may stop using the service at any time. StartWith may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, a security risk, non-payment where applicable, or a legal requirement, and may otherwise provide reasonable notice where practicable. Rights and obligations that by nature survive termination remain in effect.
Stopping use or losing access does not itself mean data has been deleted. Account, workspace, project, and generated content are retained for the life of the account or project and afterwards only as needed to complete deletion, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the service. Other records and backup copies are retained according to their applicable retention requirements and cycles. Deletion requests remain subject to lawful exceptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without implied warranties. StartWith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for StartWith in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid, except where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limit.
The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection laws that apply to the user.
